Where do we store your personal data?

We store your data within Autotask, our chosen cloud-based CRM system, and on our secure office network. 

How do we keep your personal data secure?

We will not share your personal data with third parties unless required to do so to deliver the services agreed by you or by law. Any personal information that you provide to Computer Talk Ltd is stored on our secure network.

Your personal data is kept private and secure at all times, and treated in the strictest of confidence.

What are your rights?

You can withdraw consent, update your preferences, let us know of any changes, or review your privacy at any time. However, where your contact information is required to perform a contract with you, or due to reasonable and lawful retention policies, we may be unable to adhere to your request. You do this by completing this form.

When do we share your information?

We will never share your information with unknown third parties or suppliers without obtaining prior written consent from you.

Where this information is required to perform part of a contract (such as licensing renewals, subscriptions or purchases), any information that we share is done so under contract and agreement when an order is placed or notification of interest is made. We ensure that the policies and procedures of that third party follow the same or similar security and compliance strategies.
