Testimonials

We’ve been in business for over 30 years, and helped many customers evolve their IT strategy during that time. Read about their experiences and feedback on our team…

The school was looking to purchase interactive screens for the classrooms and we received a quick response, competitively priced quote and helpful advice without any "hard sell" from Computer Talk. We had also planned to change our network support company so decided to appoint Computer Talk to take over.

The new boards have now been installed, the installation engineers were professional and sensitive to our needs, the support team are always quick to respond to issues and the sales team continue to react quickly to any requests for quotes. Just what we need from a support partner. Thank you!

We are an Independent Alternative Provision who needed a Virtual Learning Platform during lockdown.

Computer Talk were already our one-stop shop so we approached them for some advice. As usual the whole team at Computer Talk were honest, helpful and available whenever we needed any help during set up and post set up when we have needed some advice.

As a result of help from Computer Talk we have managed to carry on engaging with our vulnerable students throughout and post-lockdown.

“I just wanted to convey how delighted we are with our new Hall AV system that was installed this week. The finished project is exactly what we required and the installation team were so considerate, a pleasure to work with. I would be most grateful if you could pass my positive feedback to the relevant people including management. Many thanks.”

“From working with Computer Talk now for a few years, all work carried out has been to the the very highest of standards and now having continued to carry out the same level of professionalism across all sites within The Williamson Trust.

Without a doubt, we would definitely recommend Computer Talk to another school. The recent project with Computer Talk has allowed our staff and students to have access to the very best resources on equipment and infrastructure.

From the quote request stage right through to the final write off of work carried out by the engineers, it is without a doubt the very best best I have experienced in the 15 years I have worked within the education sector.

I would just like to say that with all work that has been carried out by Computer Talk at all of our schools within The Williamson Trust, myself and any staff concerned have been extremely impressed with the quality of the work carried out, and also the professionalism of the Engineers whilst on site both during term time and the holiday periods.”

Support, procurement and value for money are top level targets for any Network Manager within an education environment. It is paramount that you find companies that offer this, as the decision has ramifications for thousands of pupils for many years, it has to be right, the first time.

We continue to work with Computer Talk as we get all three under one umbrella, and this has been track proven over the last 17 years. Size of the project doesn’t matter; if I need a new IT suite, support with an issue on a server or multiple projector installations, I know that we are in good hands.

The installation team were excellent throughout the whole two weeks. When working in the classrooms they communicated with the teachers and provided them with support when needed. They were friendly and pleasant to all staff and children whilst working on site. We also received technical support for all members of staff without interrupting lessons. The technical installation team made adjustments to their timetable to suit staff. Thank you for a quick and efficient install.

Another school recommended Computer Talk to us as we were looking to invest in IT…and what a good recommendation it was! The staff at Computer Talk have assisted us in upgrading our IT infrastructure, including the installation of wireless, a new server, office migration, and interactive solutions. They have done a fantastic job and offered excellent, tailored advice and support along the way. All the staff, from management through to the technicians have been knowledgeable, helpful, pro-active and patient. Emails are replied to promptly and there has been no waiting around at any stage in the process.

Having bought into their hands-on support package, we continue to work with Computer Talk and find their fortnightly visits and the remote service they offer excellent. Their paperwork is thorough, from detailed quotes to the log of work completed on each visit. We look forward to working with them on our continuing journey of IT in our school.

We have been working with Compute Talk for just over a year now; we have been really impressed with their service and have just renewed our contract with them. They were happy to take over our existing system, with a few initial alterations and support us with this network. They wrote an excellent report about the current system and gave suggestions and options to improve and upgrade our network. What we have really appreciated are the various options that have been presented to us, with pros and cons discussed, as well as different pricing options, being considered. There has never been ‘a pushy sales pitch’, they have always listened to our needs and given us advice and choices based on those needs, as well as introducing us to services and products we had never heard of!

We have always had a very prompt and professional service from all of the staff at Computer Talk, with staff willing to take the time to talk us through strategies, or coming into school, to find solutions to problems and even being very patient with us when the solutions were very simple! We now have a system that runs very effectively, with school staff so impressed by the speed of the network and the reliability of the equipment, but most of all, having ‘remote access’ and being able to work from home.
