We are recommending that face-to-face meetings are kept to a minimum, or switched to alternative communication to reduce personal interaction. However, our ability to deliver onsite technical visits and the installation of goods and services remains fully operational.
We have enforced strict guidelines to protect the health and safety of our workforce and customers by introducing testing and sanitisation before each visit. Measures include the use of gloves, forehead thermometers for regular temperature testing, the isolation of delivery drivers and hand sanitisation at all entry and exit points to our building. All field-based staff are being equipped with personal sanitisation gel and thermometers for regular self-testing.
In the interest of protecting the health of employees and customers, a proportion of our office-based colleagues will now temporarily switch to a remote-working model on a rotating basis. We have tested this scenario as part of our business continuity plan. As a result, we are satisfied that we can operate all systems and processes remotely to continue to provide our customers with the same levels of service. Our support team remains fully available by phone and online so your day-to-day communication channels will remain unchanged.
