Our remote support service can allow a Computer Talk qualified technician to view your desktop and share control of your keyboard and mouse to get you on you up and running as quickly as possible.
How does it work?
A member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem.
Once this has been determined you will be provided with a Session ID and directed back to this support page where you will enter the ID in the box below and press connect to activate the support session.
With your permission our engineer will then will in a positionto view your screen and share control of your keyboard and mouse.
You remain in full control of your computer at all times and maintain control of your keyboard and mouse giving you the ability to terminate the session at any time.
There are no additional plug-ins or downloads required for this session and nothing is left on your computer after we terminate the session.
