We know that sometimes, for whatever reason, you want new support from a different company. This may seem like a nerve-racking thing to do. Not only are you going from the perceived safety of "what you know" to a complete unknown, but often the commitment of time and money can be daunting.
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with seeing how well we can support your system. That's why we're doing everything we can to remove and reduce those qualms. This way you can find out how good we are and how well we deliver, without feeling restricted.

We have over 26 years of delivering IT support for schools. Our in-house knowledge and skills mean that we match faults to the technician best suited to resolving your fault. Our dedicated first-line technicians, or "triage", provide immediate assistance in diagnosing your fault. They either resolve it straightaway, or assign it to one of our very clever Technical Experts.
Initially, At the start of your agreement we provide an SLA. At the same time, we agree with you how quickly you need us to respond to any future problems you may face. Utilizing our in-house help-desk we can measure our success in delivering this service. Furthermore, feedback comes through termly review meetings in order to ensure consistent support.
We want our schools to stay with us because they like what we do, not because they are committed to a long term contract. This offer is for 90 days support at a quarterly payment, so you have full flexibility to continue at the end of your term, or select another support provider. We want to consistently prove to you that our primary focus is doing the best we can for your school. On balance, we believe that annual contracts are a good way to show this.
We know how difficult it is to try and place calls between lesson times. For that reason we introduced a policy to ensure we answer all calls within three rings. Consequently, you have time to focus on what you do best: providing quality teaching and learning.
Part of the Computer Talk package includes termly assessments. This is to be sure that your IT support for schools is coherent with the best practice of your teachers. Moreover, it ensures that we consistently deliver on our promises. Together with you, we can maximize the value of your IT infrastructure and systems to get you the best return on your investment.
By offering different levels of support, we can tailor a package to best suit your needs and budget. One size really does not fit all when it comes to supporting schools.
