Our dedicated first-line technicians, or "triage", provide immediate assistance in diagnosing your fault. They either resolve it straightaway, or assign it to one of our very clever Technical Experts.

Targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Initially, At the start of your agreement we provide an SLA. At the same time, we agree with you how quickly you need us to respond to any future problems you may face. Utilizing our in-house help-desk we can measure our success in delivering this service. Furthermore, feedback comes through termly review meetings in order to ensure consistent support.

No Lengthy Contracts

We want our schools to stay with us because they like what we do, not because they are committed to a long term contract. Our standard contract length is 1 year, so you have flexibility to choose Computer Talk year-after-year. We want to consistently prove to you that our primary focus is doing the best we can for your school. On balance, we believe that annual contracts are a good way to show this.

We know how difficult it is to try and place calls between lesson times. For that reason we introduced a policy to ensure we answer all calls within three rings. Consequently, you have time to focus on what you do best: providing quality teaching and learning.

Our Technicians

All Computer Talk technicians are trained in-house and hold Microsoft accreditations or equivalent. Computer Talk have a rigorous recruitment policy, with all technicians being DBS accredited before being placed in our schools.
