Ad Hoc Support
Computer Talks Ad Hoc Support Service provides you with the opportunity to speak directly with a Computer Talk trained Microsoft Engineer. A member of our support team will speak with you to determine the nature of the problem and suggest a number of options in order to resolve the issue.
Should the problem require remote assistance you will be asked to visit our support page where with your permission we are able to share control of your desktop. This is achieved through a remote session which can be found here and is activated by the code provided by the technician during your session. Remote support services are charged by the hour and agreed prior any work being undertaken.
If the problem cannot be resolved remotely our support team will advise you of when we can provide onsite response. No need for an annual maintenance agreement or monthly fee Computer Talk will provide you with a fast and efficient service on a “Pay as you go basis.”
Remote Access Support
This is an unlimited pre-paid service providing telephone, e-mail and remote access Server support. Our Technicians will stick with you to get the problem solved. Calls are logged in our helpdesk database to ensure your issue is followed through and you get a complete answer to your problem.
Issues which require on-site assistance can be dealt with in two ways...
Customers can purchase pre-paid labour at a discounted rate (subject to a minimum number of days)
Customers can simply purchase time on a chargeable basis as required.
