Server Care Plus is designed to provide the same level of support as Server Care with additional benefits such as unlimited on-site support for server issues and a variety of proactive monitoring services. This ensures that the critical elements of your Network are being monitored by us to ensuring optimal performance. This service is also suitable for a Primary school with a full time on-site technician.
Primary Care
Primarily designed for schools with a full-time Technician this service covers the main needs of a Primary school where some of the day to day work can be covered in-house in order to minimise costs. Computer Talk will provide unlimited support for any issue with a limited on-site element. Servers and workstations are monitored and remotely accessible for support.
Primary Care Plus
This option is our managed support service and offers excellent value for those schools with no on-site technician who require guaranteed assistance to ensure their ICT is working when they need it. It includes all of the features of Primary Care with the additional benefits listed below along with unlimited on-site support.
